I really appreciated your constant communication and listening to some of my frustrations during the rental and sale process. All of the Coopers staff were great and your efforts in helping me were greatly appreciated. I understand that some landlords can be impatient and unrealistic but please don't lose your patience and caring in a sometimes un-appreciative industry.  

Thank you for all your efforts and endless texts to me.  You are an asset to Coopers. It's sad to say goodbye but thanks for all of your help.
